*Please note that service charges begin from the time of arrival at your home, facility, or hospital for pickup, and include the time required to load the used wheelchair or stretcher into the vehicle.
*For international travelers, a ¥10,000 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking.
Please rest assured that this deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your trip at the time of final payment.
Please note, however, that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation without prior notice or a no-show.
